Originally bought this product in place of another more expensive brand that had bad long term reviews and was way more expensive. I don’t drink coffee, but I do like espressos, but wasn’t willing to put down $600 for the first time owning a product. I read a lot of reviews and looked at a lot of comparisons and decided on this model. So far I’ve really been impressed. It makes a nice smooth espresso shot and it’s fast! Usually I make a shot and put a protein shake in it and head to the gym. But when I’m home or over the weekend I use the mill frothing feature and make cappuccinos or lattes. The frothing is a little loud, especially when run through the cleaning feature. It would definitely wake someone up. But I love the machine, especially for the price. It’s easy to use - literally a press of a button. And cleaning isn’t a big deal either. I just remove the portafilter and dump grinds in the trash then dismantle and run through with water. You probably don’t need to after every use but I dismantle the sieve of the filter too. All the rubber comes apart and just pops back together. I also take a damp towel and wipe the underside of the filter that the hot water comes through to remove any build up from the portafilter.

I just wish I would have gotten this sooner. I’ve had it almost a month, but with proper use I can not see very much going wrong with it. When I was “researching” I landed on this bcos it checked off all of the boxes for me- good customer service if an issue does happen, great heating elements, and user friendly. I don’t want to wake up every day and play barista- I want my latte! But this also has a manual option so on mornings, afternoons, or evenings when I do want to tinker I can. It’s a solid machine. Read the very clear instructions and warnings and you will be fine. I personally feel it’s even better than some cafes. I love my coffee drinks iced, with this machine, after I put my unfrothed milk and ice cubes in- I still have this dreamy foam layer from the espresso. Hashtag blessed!

I seldom leave reviews unless I am truly happy with the product. Well happy doesn't even begin to express how I feel, I am ecstatic! I have been searching and researching espresso machines with the power of steam milk and continued to get discouraged. I'd come to the conclusion that I would be investing $700+ and needed to take a course on how to use it lol; so much so, that I assumed this would be garbage. I cannot emphasize enough how easy this is. Someone mentioned their instructions were not clear and that almost put me off from even trying, THEY ARE NOT! It is very simple and the instructions could not possibly be more explicit! This is an amazing investment and when compared to other high end espresso machines it has nothing to envy! I attached a picture of my evaporated milk short "latte" that took me maybe 45 secs to make. I made a double espresso and topped it with evaporated milk foam, removed my milk container, put in the fridge, and walked away.

I’ve had this espresso maker for a month now and I have not been disappointed yet I have officially stopped going to Starbucks. I don’t use the milk froth or so much because I’m not a big fan of hot coffee but I tried it once and it frothed up good, although it is a pain to clean it’s well worth it. Now for the espresso shots which I use for my ice latte I could say it is worth every penny, it makes lots of coffee creme

Now I can make my own lattes and cappuccinos in under 2 minutes at home and for a fraction of the cost. I used to be a latte girl but with this machine I’m finding out I really prefer cappuccinos (I think it’s the foam!)

I’m not a Starbucks patron as I can’t see paying the price for a coffee. I’m a decaf user and it’s hard to find coffee at coffee shops that taste good to me. Enter one touch Mr Coffee. I can now use my own decaf coffee and my unsweetened almond coconut milk to make my customized drink.
The machine is very sleek and looks great on my counter. It’s not overbearing or clunky. I had to read the directions a few times to get the hang of it. The only complaint I have is that it’s really hard to turn the coffee handle. I’m always afraid I’m going to break it but I’m sure the more I use it the better I’ll get.
